Each room requires at least one Mac or Windows computer running the Zoom Rooms software and one computer running the Zoom Rooms app ipad, Android or Windows 10 tablet. Other equipment includes TV monitors, speakers, cameras, microphones, and a computer running Zoom Rooms Schedule monitor for iPad (optional).

The recommended steps for deploying Zoom Rooms are as follows:
