​ 1. Download the installation package of the official version of Honghe Whiteboard from Huajun Software Park. After unzipping, double-click the exe program to enter the installation wizard and click Next

​ ​ 2. Click "Browse" to select the installation folder. Generally, it is installed on the C drive of the computer by default. It is recommended to install on the D drive. Click Next.

3. Select the components you want to install and click Next

​​ 4. The installation program is ready, click Install

      【How to calibrate】

​ ​ 1. Find the whiteboard icon in the lower right corner of the computer, right-click on the service and the menu will display positioning.

​​ 2. Click the mark with the "cross" to locate it.

​​ 3. The whiteboard interface will go to the positioning interface. Align the pen tip with the center of the cross cursor that appears and click once. Remember, when positioning, never click the pen on any area other than the cross cursor.

      【How to connect to computer】

After the whiteboard is installed, you can connect the computer, projector and whiteboard together. Honghe electronic whiteboard is connected to the computer USB interface through a dedicated USB cable to realize data transmission and whiteboard power supply.

​ 1. Connect the reserved whiteboard USB connector to a USB port of your laptop.

​​ 2. Connect the reserved projector VGA cable to the computer, switch the computer screen to projection, and project it onto the whiteboard.

      【How to write】

After starting the Honghe electronic whiteboard software, switch to desktop mode, then open the required PPT file and click to play in full screen. At this time, you can directly click the up and down page turning keys on the PPT screen or the shortcut keys on both sides of the whiteboard to realize the PPT page turning function.

To make text annotations, you can directly select the pen tool in the whiteboard software toolbar on the desktop, or you can click the writing button on the shortcut keys on both sides of the whiteboard to write annotations. The pen color and thickness of the writing can be modified in the toolbar.

In the annotation state of PPT, an Office mode toolbar will appear, in which the office embed saves the annotation content to the current file, ends the show button, and converts the current writing operation state from pen state to mouse state.
