Nimbus Capture installation steps

​ 1. Download the latest version of Nimbus Capture software package at Huajun Software Park

​​ 2. Unzip the Nimbus Capture software and run the "EXE. file"

​​ 3. Double-click to open, enter the Nimbus Capture software interface, and click Next

​​ 4. Read the installation license agreement, click I agree, and click Next

5. Click Next

​​ 6. The installer is ready to install, click Install

​​ 7. Click Finish, the Nimbus Capture software is successfully installed.

How to use Nimbus Capture

How to capture pictures

​ ​ 1. Click the Nimbus Capture menu icon. You will then be able to select the desired screen fragment to make a screenshot.

​ ​ 2. Open the main menu (right-click the Nimbus Capture icon in the tray menu) and select Snapshot. You can then select the type of screenshot you want.

3. Use hotkeys (can be customized in the application settings). After taking a screenshot, you can edit the screenshot in the editor (for example, draw arrows or hide specific segments)

How to make videos

First method: Open the main menu (right click on Nimbus in the tray menu Capture icon) and select Videocast. You can then choose the mode you want (for example, record actions from the entire screen or just a clip from the screen).

Second method: Right-click the Nimbus Capture icon in the tray menu, and then choose to record full screen or record segments depending on what you want to record.

The third method: use hotkeys (can be customized in the application settings).

After selecting the desired mode, the screenshot will start recording and the Nimbus Capture icon will change its color.

You can stop recording by clicking on the Nimbus Capture icon in the tray menu (or use the hotkey Ctrl + 9). If you need to pause the recording, use the hotkey CTRL + 8 (Alternatively, you can right-click the tray menu icon and select Pause Recording). You can then press CTRL+8 again (or right-click on the tray menu icon and select Resume Recording) to continue recording.

You can save the video to your computer or send it to Nimbus for annotation. To send a note to Nimbus you need to click the Upload to Nimbus Note button.
