2. Unzip the Toggl Desktop software and run the "EXE. file"
3. Double-click to open, enter the Toggl Desktop software interface, and click Next

Like any application, Toggl Track uses specific terminology to refer to functionality within the application. Learn what these terms mean.
User account
Your account is associated with your email address (the email address you use to log in).
You can connect multiple workspaces with one user account. User accounts are managed through the Profile page.
Work space
Everything you do in Toggl Track is assigned to a workspace: time entries, projects, clients, etc.
So even the paid subscription is workspace specific.
You can create new workspaces, switch between them, or select the default one via the Workspace switcher.
To open a setting for a specific workspace, switch to that setting via the workspace switcher and click Settings in the left menu.

Team
Your entire team can track time in one place in Toggl Track.
You can invite team members into your workspace, assign them tasks and projects, and run reports at their tracked times.
The existence of user groups makes assigning projects to users more efficient.
You can create a user group from the "Groups" tab under the "Team" page
Add the user to the user group on the Team page, and then assign the group to the project. All group users will immediately become members of the project.
When new users join, simply add them to the group and give them access to all necessary items with a single click.
client
You can assign a client to one (or several) projects.
You can create a new client on the Clients page.
You can assign multiple projects to a client, but only one client can be assigned to a project.
project
Projects can be created from the Projects page or the Timers page. You can assign time entries, tasks and clients to projects.
Task
Tasks in Toggl Track are essentially sub-projects.
They are created for specific projects and can be assigned to specific team members. Manage and create new tasks on the Project Tasks page.
Note: Tasks are a feature available on paid plans.
