Make sure you have installed the BOSS direct recruitment APP and logged in to your account.

Find the "My" option in the navigation bar at the bottom of the APP and click to enter. On the My page, find the settings icon at the top right of the page (usually a small gear or similar icon) and click it.

After confirming that it is correct, click "OK" or a similar button to submit the cancellation application. After submitting your cancellation application, BOSS Direct Recruitment may take some time to process your request. Normally, this process will be completed within 15 calendar days.
