Principle:

The plate loader loads the pizza into plates and transports it to the conveyor belt in the middle, and then transports it to the front of each table through the conveyor belt.

​​​​Each dining table is connected by a conveyor belt, and finally connected to the dishwashing area to achieve automatic closing.

​Points to note:

​​ 1. Customers will only grab the food on the conveyor belt in front of them. If there is not a conveyor belt in front of them, they will not grab it.

​ ​ 2. Tables cannot be placed at the turn of the plate collection line because pizza is an internal line. If tables are placed at the turn, customers will not be able to get the food.

3. There should not be too many dirty dishes. Customers will not sit down when dirty dishes are on the table.

This kind of assembly line collection of plates may be a game mechanism. When the plates on the table are passed away, and the previous plate has not yet arrived on the table, the game determines that there are no dirty plates on the table, and the customer will sit down.

But there are too many dirty dishes. The dishes on the table are moved away. If the customer immediately puts down a dirty plate, the subsequent dishes cannot be transported, which will cause the customer to be unable to sit at the table.
