There are many ways to turn on the printing function of WPS text:
Under the "WPS Text" menu in the upper left corner, click the "Print" command to enter the "Print" settings. Or you can click Print on the Standard Toolbar.
Printing of documents
You can also press the shortcut key "Ctrl + P" to quickly enter.
Next, we will continue to introduce the detailed functions of the options in the print settings interface:
1. Control the printing page number range
Select page numbers for printing: Select "All" in "Page range" to print all pages; or select "Page" and enter the page range to be printed.
2. For repeated printing, you only need to set up copy printing
If you need to print multiple copies of a document, you can set the number of copies to print:
Type the number of copies you want to print in the Copies box.
To make the next copy of one page of your document as soon as it prints, uncheck the Collate checkbox. If this check box is set, printing of the next copy of the document will begin after all pages of the document have been printed.
3. Adapt to the paper size, perform parallel printing and zoom printing
In the “Number of Pages per Page” box under “Collate and Scale”, select the desired number of copies. For example, to print a four-page document on one sheet of paper, click the 4 Pages option.
You can also select the paper type you want to use to print the document in the Scale to paper size box. For example, you can specify that a B4-size document be printed on A4 paper size by reducing the font and graphic size. This function is similar to the reduce/enlarge function of a copier.
4. Double-sided printing
If your printer has duplex printing capabilities: Click Properties in the Print dialog box, and then set the desired options. If you can set page orientation and duplex printing options, select Landscape and Flip on the short edge of the document.
If your printer does not support double-sided printing, you can use the "manual double-sided printing" method: Select the "manual double-sided printing" check box in the "Print" dialog box. After printing the odd pages of the WPS form, you will be prompted to change the paper to the back and click "OK" to complete double-sided printing.
We often need to print edited documents. Above, the editor introduced the printing function of WPS text in detail. I don’t know how much you know. If you were asked to print it yourself, would you do it?
