The company needs to establish a new personnel management information system. All personnel need to be added to the system as users in the early stage. Xiao Li from the Information Department, as the person in charge of the project, has to assign usernames and passwords to everyone. In order to make it easier for everyone to remember, Xiao Li decided to use the company abbreviation plus personal initials as everyone's username, and use the initials plus the company's phone number as each user's password. It sounds like a lot of trouble, but when Xiao Li used the WPS Office 2012 form to complete this task, it was as easy as pinching a snail with ten fingers - it was easy.
First, create a new workbook and enter the column titles and other information in sheet1. As shown in Figure 1
Figure 1
Next, it’s time to generate the user name and password! Click the D2 box, enter "="cnxx"&B2" in English half-width mode (excluding the outermost Chinese quotation marks), press Enter to confirm, and you will get a user name. "&" is used here as a merging character to combine the name code and the company name. And so on, the rest of the usernames can be done this way. As shown in Figures 2 and 3

Next, use "&" to generate the password. Click the E2 box, enter "=B2&"84618316"" in English half-width mode (excluding the outermost Chinese quotation marks), and press Enter to confirm. As shown in Figure 4

Xiao Li uses "&" to combine the name code of each administrator with the abbreviation of the school name or the school phone number to easily write the user name and password. If you encounter a similar situation again, you might as well try this method!
