Open the foxmail software, select "Tools" - "System Settings" - "Email Writing" - "Template Management" (or "Tools" - "Account Management") on the main interface, select the account on the left, and select "Letter" - " Template Management")

​​Select an account in the lower left corner. In the lower right corner, you can set the templates used by this account when sending new emails, replying, and forwarding. The content of the template is displayed in the preview area above.

If you need to use a signature when replying or forwarding, just select the default "HTML Email" template.
