Step 1: Quickly create a mind map
1. Open the Edraw software and click on the newly created “Mind Map”;
2. Choose to create a new one from "Template" or "Example" and double-click to enter directly;
3. In the mind map editing interface, you will find that the corresponding library and mind map menu bar are automatically opened for you.
Step 2: Add a theme
Method 1: Add by using floating button:
Click the function key on the right side of the floating button to add it, as shown in the figure below:
Method 2: Add from the symbol library:
1. There are built-in graphic symbols in the symbol library on the left side of the software interface. Select the corresponding graphic according to your needs and drag it directly to the drawing interface;
2. As long as the graphic is dragged near the subject that needs to be adsorbed, then release the mouse and it will automatically adsorb.
Step 3: Edit through the "Mind Map" menu bar
1. Insert a topic or subtopic: Select the graphic to which you want to add a topic or subtopic, and click "Insert Topic" or "Subtopic".
2. Insert multiple themes: Select the graphics to be inserted, click "Add multiple themes", and then enter the name of the theme to be added in the pop-up text box. One line represents one theme, as shown in the figure:
3. Insertion relationship:
Method 1: After clicking "Insert Relationship", move the mouse to the drawing interface. When the mouse is close to the topic or subtopic, many connection points will appear. As long as you move the mouse to the connection point that needs to be added, red will appear. logo, as shown in the figure below, then click the left mouse button and move to the next connection point, then release the mouse.
Method 2: You can also add a relationship through "Relationship" in the "Symbol Library" on the left side of the software interface, drag it directly to the drawing interface, and then adjust the two link points of the arrow.
PS: There are usually two yellow diamond symbols on the connecting line. Drag them to adjust the arc, direction, etc. of the line.
4. Insert graphics and photos
Method 1: Add from the symbol library: click the small icon in the symbol library, select the desired symbol library based on the previewed picture, and then drag it to the drawing interface or double-click it. When you drag it next to the mind map and an orange box appears, the symbol is attached to the map.
Method 2: After opening the required symbol library, click "Insert Graphics from Library" under the "Mind Map" menu bar, and then click the corresponding graphic in the drop-down box to insert it into the mind map theme. The graphics inserted by this method are attached to the theme. When the theme is moved, the graphics also move together.
Method 3: Add through "Insert Picture", click "Insert Picture" under the "Mind Map" menu, a window for selecting pictures will pop up, then select the corresponding picture in the computer file, click Open to add it to the map in the title. This method can adjust the position of the inserted picture.
5. Number the topics: Click the number button in the mind map menu to add numbers to the entire map. Click again to cancel the numbering.
6. Change the theme of the mind map: This function can quickly adjust the style of the entire mind map, including lines, frames, fills, fonts, colors and shape attributes, etc.
Step 4: Adjust the layout of the mind map
