Friends who have just learned Edius may not know how to create a video squashing effect. Today I will share the process of creating a video squashing effect with Edius. I believe that through learning, you will be able to use it in the future.
1. First import the video you need into the edius material library, and drag it to the video and audio track.
2. Click "Transition—2D" in the special effects panel, find the "Push and Pull" special effect and drag it to the video material.
3. In the information panel, you can see "Push and Pull", double-click to enter the video layout as shown in the figure:
4. Select the push-pull direction in the style shown above. Here, choose the push-pull method from left to right. Then switch to the time management window in this window.
5. Expand the preset drop-down menu and select "End in the middle", and keyframe the time.
After clicking OK, you will get the effect of the video being squashed. If necessary, you can add subtitles after the video squashing action ends, and set the scrolling method and scrolling speed of the subtitles.
Here are the operation process of EDIUS to make a video compression effect for you. Friends in need should hurry up and read this article.
