Recently, many friends have been asking me how to apply for a refund in the App Store. So today I will share with you the operation process of applying for a refund in the App Store. I hope it can help everyone.
Step 1: Open iTunes on the desktop.
Step 2: Click the button in the upper right corner to enter the iTunes Store.
Step 3: Click your Apple ID (email address) button and select the "Account" option in the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Enter your Apple ID password to log in.
Step 5: Find the "Purchase History" option and click "Show All".
Step 6: Click the "Report a Problem" button.
Step 7: iTunes will jump to another page that displays all the applications in the same batch of the receipt. Click the arrow icon on the left to enter the order details page.
Step 8: Click "Report a problem" on the order details page, and then click the "Report a problem" option on the right side of the application that needs a refund on the redirected page.
Step 9: At this time, iTunes will jump to the browser's Apple support page, displaying the detailed information of each application in the order, and you can select an application to apply for a refund (sometimes you need to log in to your Apple ID before this step).
Step 10: Select your problem in the drop-down menu, then describe the reason for your refund in detail in the input box below (remember you can use Chinese directly), and click the "Submit" button.
Note: The application you apply for a refund must be within 90 days of purchase, otherwise Apple will not accept it.
The next thing you need to do is wait for a reply. Although the final decision on whether the refund is successful or not lies with Apple, as long as your reason for the refund is reasonable and reasonable, then I believe Apple will reply to you soon by email indicating a successful refund.
The above is the operation process of App Store refund application shared by the editor. Friends in need can take a look.
