First, open Gmask and import the image, as shown below
Then directly select the mosaic area and use the mouse to frame it.
Then click on the second option under Processing, as shown in the figure below
We can see that the mosaic of the image has been processed (here, the editor has specially processed the avatar, please ignore it)
Then select the mosaic of the girl's avatar in the same way (here, the editor has specially processed the avatar, please ignore it)
Also process the second one below to remove it, as shown in the picture below
Finally we have the finished image without mosaics.
