1. Open the AD16 software on your computer, and then open a circuit diagram or PCB diagram file in the software.
2. Find the "system" shortcut option at the bottom of the software interface. After clicking it, check libraries in the shortcut menu option that appears to bring up the library manager.
3. After entering the library management interface, find the "libraries" button in the top column of the interface and click it.
4. After entering the add library interface, find "install" and click its drop-down button. Find "install from file" in the drop-down and click it.
5. Enter the package library selection interface, find the package library to be imported in the computer folder, select it and click "Open" to import. The suffix of the PCB packaging library is .PcbLib.
6. After completing the above settings, you can add the packaging library in Altium Designer.
