First, start AD16 on the computer, create a new PCB file, and click File-New-PCB, as shown in the figure below
Click the menu Design-Layer Stack Manager to enter the PCB layer settings, as shown in the figure below
Select the checkbox 3D display and click the add layer button, as shown in the figure below
Click the button add layer--add layer tab, as shown in the figure below, the PCB becomes 3 layers, as shown in the figure below
