1. First, open labelshop, click on the printer icon above the software interface, as shown in the picture below, click to open the printing interface.
2. After opening the printing interface, you can see the printing range and quantity in the printing interface, and you can set the printing range.
3. If you need to print regular variable data, find the upper level of the number that needs to be changed, open the text attribute setting interface, and click the Advanced Options button. There are variable data methods in the Advanced Options interface, and you can choose increment, decrement, etc.
4. Another situation of continuous printing is printing irregular variable data. This problem can be solved through database connection. Click the database icon above, as shown in the figure below.
5. In the database setting interface that appears, click the drop-down box of type and select the file type.
6. For example, if the editor uses an Excel table file, select the type as Excel file and click the OK button.
7. After successfully connecting to the database, be sure to connect the label content and the table file together. After opening the text properties interface, set the data source to the database, set the field name to the corresponding field name in the Excel file, and click the OK button.
