First, open the drawing with CAD Viewer.
In edit mode, select the arc length dimension function in the extended toolbar.
Select an arc in the picture for measurement, that is, click to select the arc to be measured.

Click the left mouse button, drag the mouse to the end point of the label, click the left mouse button to complete the label, that is, specify the arc length label position.
