5. You can also click the "Add" button under the "The following PPT does not countdown" option to add a PPT file that will not be closed.
6. Finally, we click the "OK" button to save. When the user opens the PPT file, the software automatically turns on the countdown mode.
7. If the user does not close the PPT when the countdown is about to end, he can right-click the time window and select "Current PPT does not countdown".
