Take the cell below as an example.

Frame-select the cells you want to merge, then CTLR+C to copy. Then click [Clipboard] in the Start tab, where you can see the text you just copied.

Select a cell to be pasted and double-click to enter the editing cell. Note, be sure to double-click. Then we directly click on the content in the clipboard, and the texts can be quickly merged together.

Of course, if you want to split these texts into separate cells, the operation is similar.

Double-click to enter the cell. Note, double-click to enter the cell and copy the text inside.

Finally, leave a blank cell alone and click on the content in the clipboard to paste it.
