Run Beyond Compare, select the folder comparison session, and open the session operation interface. Click the "Browse Folder" button and select the folder to compare, as shown in the figure. The folders marked in red are different folders.
In the session view pane, right-click a folder to be compared and select the "Compare Contents" tab in the expanded menu.
In the pop-up comparison content window, view the subfolder comparison content, and select the comparison method between subfolders and files. The available comparison methods are: CRC comparison, binary comparison, and rule-based comparison.
Check the "Show Results Dialog" checkbox and click "Start" to immediately start comparing the subfiles and folders contained in the file. After the comparison is completed, the comparison results window will pop up.
At this point, the folders on the left and right have been compared. Right-click the compared folder in the session view pane and select "Open Subfolder" in the expanded menu to view the subfile comparison results.
