Currently, some novice partners have encountered row skipping when BarTender prints label data, and they do not know the relevant processing operations. So what should they do if BarTender prints label data and skips rows? The solution is as follows.
1. Open BarTender 2016, create a new "multi-line" text, and connect to the database; here the editor will demonstrate to you a text database, with "," as the separator; then select "Use Domain", as shown in the figure:
2. Click "New Data Source Wizard" in the lower left corner and select "Embedded Data" as the data source type. After closing the wizard, in the Embedded Data field, press Enter to wrap;
3. Then click "New Data Source Wizard" in the lower left corner, select "Database Field" as the data source type, and select another "Use Domain";
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the data field embedding is completed. As shown in the picture:
5. Select the embedded data source that contains "Enter", select the "Conversion" tab on the "Data Source" property page, click the icon button next to "Suppress" to open the "Suppress" dialog box, select "Previous Data" Suppress when source is empty, click OK to close the Suppress dialog box.
6. When you click to preview or print the label at this time, the label will not have a blank area and will not skip lines.
