First download the subtitle file of the corresponding video, which can be found by searching the video name + subtitles;
Open Perfect Decoding, right-click on its interface, click "Open File" in the pop-up options, and add the video to which you want to add subtitles;
After adding the video, right-click on the video interface again, this time click "Subtitles" - "Select Subtitles" - "Add Subtitles" in the pop-up options, as shown in the figure:
