Open photoshop software

Create a new white canvas with a pixel width of 500x and a height of 375

Click [T] as shown below, and enter any Chinese, English or numbers on the white canvas.

Copy the first text layer and another layer

Take the copied layer and hold down CTRL+T to move the text, and it will become two identical texts.

Then adjust the color of the text to 2D0606, then select the red font of the first text layer, hold down the arrow keys on the keyboard, and overlap the red font with the text of the filled color to complete.
