Method one:
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the File Locations tab.
In the Files of type box, click AutoRecover files.
Click Modify.
If you want to save the AutoRecover files in another folder, locate and open that folder.
Method two:
First open the word document, find "Tools" on the menu bar, click the drop-down button to find the "Options" button, and then a dialog box will pop up.
In the pop-up dialog, find the "General" tab, find the "Confirm conversion when opening" checkbox, then check this option and confirm.
Finally, reopen Word and you can see the document recovery dialog box on the left, click to view it.
Method three:
However, if you have only saved the project file once before finally exporting the video (that is, you forgot to save the latest modification), then every time you export the video, the software will automatically generate a new temporary project file in the directory of your saved project files, and save it with a name ending with the current time. In this way, if an accident occurs during export, you only need to select the latest temporary project file and open it to continue editing or exporting, embodying the user-friendliness of the software!
Method four: During the use of the software, you will constantly be reminded to save the project file of the current project (save shortcut Ctrl+S). Because video creation usually takes a certain amount of time, in order to avoid accidents during the process, you must develop a good habit of saving projects when using any similar software.
