Step 1: Download and install the “winzip” compression tool (omitted).
Step 2: Compress the file.

Step 3: In the opened compressed file name and parameters window, enter the name of the compressed file. In order to save disk space, we left-click under the compression option: Delete the source file after compression (D), and then click: OK;
