How to disable PDF file security settings in Foxit PDF Reader?

1. Look at the original file. I opened it with Foxit Reader. The print option inside is gray and unavailable.
2. Open the PDF file with Foxit PDF Editor and click "Document" --- "Export Page".
3. Fill in the exported file name in 1 and the number of exported pages in 2. If all are exported, fill in "1-10" if there are 10 pages.
4. Use a PDF reader to open the newly generated file and find that it can be printed.
