The following is the solution to the problem that the USB driver cannot be recognized. This article takes the WinXP system as an example. If users of other systems encounter the same problem, they can also refer to the following methods to solve it.
step
1. Right-click "My Computer" and select "Properties---Hardware---Device Manager". Or through "Control Panel---System---Hardware---Device Manager".
2. Click the "Device Manager" button to enter. Find "Universal Serial Bus Thread Controller".
3. After selecting the item under "Universal Serial Bus Controller", select the uninstall button above, or directly right-click the mouse and select "Uninstall". Uninstall them one by one.
4. After uninstalling, click any of the options and select the "Scan for hardware changes" button above, and the system will automatically install the uninstalled driver.
5. Plug in the unusable hardware and the system will automatically detect and install the driver. Usually at this point, the hardware is ready for use.
Things to note:
If it is a desktop computer and the USB mouse and keyboard cannot be used after the above operations, you can manually restart the computer. Generally, USB drivers such as mice will be automatically installed back.
If the hardware still cannot be used after the above operations, consider that there may be a problem with the hardware interface and the hardware itself. Some need to reinstall the system.
