Win7 system has a built-in system preparation tool sysprep. It can prepare replication, auditing and customer delivery functions for Windows (Vista and Win7) installations, and can also reset the system using sysprep. So, how to use sysprep?
How to use
1. Press the WIN+R key combination to open the run window, enter the sysprep command in the window and press Enter to open the sysprep folder;
2. Double-click the sysprep.exe program in the opened sysprep folder window;
3. The system preparation tool window pops up, select "Enter System New Experience (OOBE)" in the system cleanup operation, check the box in front of "General" below, select "Restart" in the shutdown option, and click the "OK" button;
4. When the Win7 system returns to the initialized state and enters the process of driver installation and video performance check, the user will also be asked to reset a new user, which is exactly the same as the initial system installation. However, the previous software and files will not be lost, nor will the system activation.
PS: After the Win7 system is restored to the initialized state, the administrator account is disabled by default. If you want to activate it, you can follow the steps below;
5. Right-click Computer on the desktop - Management - Local Users and Groups - Users, select the administrator account in the right window, right-click and select Properties. In the properties window, check Users cannot change passwords and Password never expires, and finally click OK.
