Every Win8 system has a boot mode, either BIOS mode or Win8 UEFI. This is already confirmed after installing Win8. But as long as you master the method, the Win8 system that was originally started by BIOS can also be changed to a UEFI system. Let’s take a look:

How to adjust Win8 to UEFI mode after installation

1. First, we install the Ghost Win8 system, which we have already installed here;

2. Then we need to set the boot mode to UEFI in the motherboard BIOS. I won’t go into details here. The setting steps for each motherboard are different, but the key to turning on UEFI is similar. At this time, the hard disk cannot be booted, and then use a PE that supports UEFI boot to enter the PE system (the latest computer stores, Dabaicai, and Laomaotao all support it)

3. Enter PE, format the boot partition (it is a small partition of 100MB or 350MB. If not, do not format it, find a way to separate a 100MB FAT32 partition on the hard disk), be sure to select the FAT32 file system.
