It is very convenient to enter free rotation. Select "Image" - "Free Rotation" in the menu, or click the "Any Angle" button in the "Rotation" dialog box to enter the free rotation interface.

Free rotation mainly controls the rotation of the picture by adjusting the "rotation angle" parameter. Of course, if it were just like this, it would not be convenient and easy to use. This is generally not used!
