Implement tasks: Complete the planning, allocation and tracking of work tasks through the task management tool of Outlook2007.

Implementation method: Start Outlook2007, execute the "File-New-Task" command, in the pop-up "Task" window, enter the task title, start and end time, task level, expiration reminder and other information according to the February work plan content, and then in In the information box at the bottom of the window, enter the details of this task (see picture).

After creating a "Task", it can be automatically added to the "To-Do List" of Outlook 2007. When the work reaches a certain level, you can open this "Task" and enter the progress percentage (such as 50%) in the "Completion Rate". If the corresponding task has not been completed by the set reminder time, a reminder box will pop up to tell you that you should speed up the work progress.

If you have other things to do in the middle and need to hand over the remaining work of this task to other colleagues, you can also assign it directly through email. Open this "Task", click the "Assign Task" button on the toolbar, in the new pop-up window, enter the email address of the colleague who accepts the task, and then click the "Send" button.

If you have purchased a Pocket PC and a Smartphone, you only need to install the synchronization software Microsoft ActiveSyne on your computer, and then connect your computer to these mobile devices. You can use these terminals to view or manage the settings you have set on Outlook 2007. The task schedule is up.

Tip: Not only can you manage task schedules through Outlook2007, but also some specific tasks, such as business appointments, meetings, etc., can be managed through its "Appointment" and "Meeting Request" tools.
