Software introduction
Microsoft Office 2003 is an office suite software launched by Microsoft for the Windows operating system. It was launched on September 17, 2003. The previous generation product is Office XP, and the later generation product is Office 2007. In order to redefine the Office brand image, Microsoft designed a new product logo2 and also added two new software members, InfoPath and OneNote. Office 2003 is the first Office series to use the icons and colors of the Windows XP interface. Office 2003 can only run on operating systems based on the Windows NT architecture and therefore does not support Windows 98 and Windows Me.
The software was launched on September 17, 2003. The last cumulative update of Office 2003, Service Pack 3, improved many compatibility and stability issues with systems after Windows Vista. Mainstream support was withdrawn in April 2009, and extended support was withdrawn on April 8, 2014.
