After the kk video recorder starts recording, the sound waveform bar on the interface will fluctuate up and down. If there is no fluctuation, modify the recording options and start recording again.

Record the sound played by the computer and system
Record microphone and microphone sound
Record computer sound and microphone sound simultaneously

1. How to record computer sound in Win7 and Win8 systems?
Just check "Record computer playback sound".
2. How to record the microphone in Win7 and Win8 systems?
Check "Record Microphone" and select the currently used microphone device from the drop-down box.
If the "Recording failed, error code..." dialog box pops up after starting recording, select "Windows Default Device" in the drop-down box, and then click the [Settings] button to set "Microphone" as the default device.
3. How to record computer sound and microphone at the same time in Win7 and Win8 systems?
Check "Record computer playback sound" and "Record microphone" at the same time, and select the currently used microphone device in the drop-down box.

If you still have problems with recording, it is recommended to download the driver, update the sound card driver, restart the computer after the update is completed, and then follow the steps.
Step 2: Start recording
After the KK video recorder starts recording, the sound waveform bar fluctuates up and down, indicating that sound is being recorded; the greater the fluctuation, the greater the volume. If there is no fluctuation, there is no sound and the recording options need to be modified.
Things to note:
--Select Stereo Mix/Stereo Mix for recording to record all sounds, including computer sounds and microphone sounds.
--Recording Select the microphone to record the microphone sound.
--To increase the microphone volume, you need to check "Microphone Enhancement".
--To remove noise, you need to check "Microphone Mute".
Solution:
--If there is no stereo mixing option, click the [Recording Control] button to manually set the recording device.
--If there is still no sound after selecting stereo mix, it is recommended to download the driver wizard, update the sound card driver, and then restart the computer.
--Some sound cards do not support mix recording, so if you select stereo mix, you can only record computer sounds.
