Open the installed FileZilla

If you have linked before, you can click this small button to log in to the previously logged in link.

Part 2 is the local path and file, Part 2 is the path and file on the target host, Part 3 is the local expanded file, and Part 4 is the expanded file on the target host.

Right-click on a local file to upload it.
