From 12:00 to 13:00 on October 13, 2025, Xiaohongshu suddenly suffered a large-scale technical failure, and the topic "Xiaohongshu collapsed" quickly climbed to the top of Weibo's hot searches, triggering widespread attention and discussion among users across the entire network. According to feedback from multiple parties, this failure showed obvious regional differentiation characteristics. The entire network was not affected simultaneously, and only some users experienced functional abnormalities.

Judging from user feedback and platform monitoring information, the core of the failure is concentrated in three major categories of problems: First, content loading is abnormal. After most affected users open the Xiaohongshu App, the page continues to freeze and cannot be refreshed.
