​ 1. Create, share and join

​ ​ 1.1 Join sharing (automatic join/manual join)

​​Double-click the shared device under [Join Sharing] to automatically join screen sharing

If the screen sharing device is not automatically found, you can manually enter the [sharing IP address] to join the sharing

​ 1.2 Select shared screen (full screen/selection/window)

Click [+Create Share] to create a new screen share. You can select [Select Full Screen] for full-screen screen sharing, or you can select [Screen Selection] to select the area you want to share for screen sharing. You can also use [Screen Selection] to select the area you want to share for screen sharing. Select Window】Select the specific window you want to share for screen sharing

3. Introduction to function buttons

3.1 Recording

Click [Record] to start recording screen sharing, click again to stop, helping you record wonderful moments in time

3.2 IP information

Move the mouse over [IP] to display your machine name and IP address, making it easier for others to enter manually and join the sharing

3.3 Multiple choice questions (Note: Other members need to join to use this function)

Click [Multiple Choice Question], select the member you want to ask a question in the [Member List Area] on the right and click [Confirm], then enter the question in [Title], and select the question type in [Select Answer Mode]. The options are True/false, multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank questions

3.4 Drawing board

Click the [Drawboard] function, and a toolbar will appear at the top of the screen. You can choose brushes, boxes, lines, circles, arrows, and text boxes so that the sharer can make timely notes or circles when sharing the screen.

3.5 Batch transfer

Click [Batch Transfer], select the objects you want to transfer in the member list on the right, then select the files you want to send and click [Open]; upon completion, the transferred member nicknames and transfer progress will automatically pop up.

3.6 File path

Click [File Path] to immediately view the storage location of the accepted file

Click [Switch Sharing] to change screen sharing settings

3.8 Exit sharing

Click [Exit Sharing] → [Exit] to exit screen sharing.
