The steps to create a presentation using WPS built-in templates are as follows:

First, open the WPS demo, and then click the orange "WPS Demo" in the upper left corner of WPS - "New" - "New from the template on this computer", as shown in Figure 1:

​​Select the template you want between the "Commonly Used" template and the "General" template, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3:

After selecting, click OK to create it successfully, as shown in Figure 4:
