Execute the [Insert]→[Image] command to insert an image into the text, and then you can edit the image. If the image size is not appropriate, click to select the image, and a selection box will appear around it. Press the left mouse button on the selection box and drag it to adjust the image size according to the aspect ratio of the original image; right-click the image and execute Use the "Object Properties" command of the shortcut menu, select "Fill" and confirm in the "Picture Size" tab of the "Picture Frame" dialog box, and you can arbitrarily change the aspect ratio of the original image and scale the image size arbitrarily.

To extract a part of the image, double-click the image, activate the "Picture" toolbar, click the [Rectangular Crop] button and drag on the image to draw a rectangular clipping frame, double-click to cut off the part outside the frame; click [Ellipse Cropping] button can crop the image into an elliptical shape. Even better, click the [Regular Polygon Clipping] button to draw a pentagonal clipping frame; open the "Picture Frame" dialog box, and under the "Picture Size" tab, you can change the number of sides of the polygon; simultaneously adjust "Sag ratio" can crop the image into a polygonal star shape (Figure 1).

If there are two or more overlapping illustrations in the text, and you want to display only the main part of the upper image and make the rest transparent without covering the lower image, click "Transparent" and click on the part of the upper image that needs to be transparent. All in all, WPS processing images cannot be separated from the "Picture" toolbar. Click "Grayscale" and the color image will automatically turn into 256 levels of gray. Click "Black and White" to turn into a 2-bit black and white image. In addition, you can also click "Grayscale" on the toolbar. Adjust the brightness and contrast of the image, and set a shadow for the image on the Fill Shadow tab of the dialog box until you are satisfied.
