​ ​ First, open the EditPlus software on your computer and click the [New] icon in the upper left corner, as shown in the figure below.

Then, click [Ordinary plain text file], as shown in the figure below.

Next, enter [the content to be converted to base64], as shown in the figure below.

Then, click [Edit] in the menu bar, as shown in the figure below.

Finally, click [Convert] and click [Base64 Transcoding (B)], as shown in the figure below.
