There are several ways to copy one or more slides. One of them is to use the Windows Clipboard. The steps are as follows:

1.Select one or more slides you want to copy. For more information about selecting slides, see the "Selecting Slides" section later in this chapter.

Warning: If you are making a selection in the Outline pane, be sure to click the icon to the left of the slide title to select the entire slide; if only a section of the slide is selected, only the selected section will be selected. copy.

  2. Press Ctrl+C. You can also click the Copy button on the Home tab, or right-click the selection and click Copy.

3. Select the slide or slides to be pasted to be connected to the slides that follow them. You can also click in the Outline pane to locate the insertion point where you want it to be inserted.

 4. Press Ctrl + v keys. You can also click the Paste button on the Home tab, or right-click the target and click Paste.

PowerPoint also has a "Copy Slide" command, which serves the same purpose as the copy and paste commands. While this command may be a bit faster, you have little control over where the pasted copy appears:

1.Select one or more slides you want to copy.

 2. In the "Home" tab, click the lower part of the "New Magic Sheet" button to open its menu.

 3. Click "Copy Selected Slides".

PowerPoint will paste the selected slide immediately after the last slide selected. For example, if slides 1, 3, and 6 are selected, the copy will be placed after slide 6.

To make copies faster, you can add the Copy Selected Slides command to the Quick Access Toolbar. To do this, right-click the command on the menu and select "Add to Quick Access Toolbar". Of course, you can also use PowerPoint animation effects to generate effects on a slide, which will be explained in detail in the following article.
