Open wps, create a new blank document, click [Insert] [Shape] [Ellipse].

Draw an ellipse and set both [Fill] and [Outline] to red.

Hold down Ctrl to move the ellipse, copy one more ellipse, and place it in the middle, [Fill] [Outline] white.

                                                                                                                                                                                                            Duplicate two more ellipses and fill them with red and blue respectively.

Click [Insert] [Shape] [Pentagram].

Draw a five-pointed star and place it in the middle of the blue oval, [Fill] with light gray.

After completion, save the screenshot as a picture.
