Focus Sessions Functionality is part of the operating system's native Clock app, and the idea is simple: Set a timer, pick your task from Microsoft To-Do, choose your favorite music, and work until it runs out. You can also take a break and repeat the process until your work is done.

By default, the timer is set for a 30-minute work session, long enough for you to stay fully focused. It appears to be based on the Pomodoro Technique and is user configurable 5 A minute break, which gives you a chance to check your email without losing focus.
