When you try to upgrade to Windows 11 you may see the following error: Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your channel choices will be limited. We can easily bypass this restriction just by modifying the registry.

1. Back up the registry.

2. Open WindowsSettings》Update&Security》WindowsInsiderProgram.

3. Click "GetStarted" to connect your Microsoft account to register for the Insider project.

4. Select an available channel: ReleasePreview.

5. Click Restart as prompted.

6. After restarting, enter the WindowsInsider project and check whether the Dev channel option appears.

7. If not, enter the registry in the start menu.

8. In the Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsSelfHostUISelection.
