Enter the team and click Human Resources to view the member dynamics of the entire team. The department grouping information under member dynamics is taken from [Team-Organizational Structure], which allows you to quickly check and find the relevant dynamic information of a certain member.
Individual employee time statistics
Click the [Working Hours Statistics] icon to enter the page as shown below, where you can view a member's accumulated working hours statistics, accumulated overtime statistics and other data. The working hours data on this page will only count the working hours submitted and passed by members for approval.
● Accumulated overtime statistics: Fill in and submit the working hours for approval every day. As long as the approval is passed and the working hours exceed 8 hours, any more than 8 hours will be counted as overtime. Cumulative overtime statistics are the sum of all overtime hours worked by members from the date when they filled in their working hours to the present day.
● Compared with the same period of the previous month: Compared with the same period of the previous month, you can intuitively see the comparison of members' monthly working hours, which is convenient for the person in charge to understand the dynamics of members' monthly working hours. If you want to view working hours data for other days or months, you can click the calendar on the right side of the page to switch days and months.
● Internal and external services: In the [My] module, members can mark their attendance status every day, making it easier for company managers to understand their daily movements. The daily status defaults to office work. If you are working in the field on a certain day, please remember to change your attendance status in the [My] module.
Project working hours statistics identify the specific projects on which the working hours filled in by members each month are used. We display the working hours spent by members on each project each month in the form of a ranking list to facilitate managers to reasonably allocate project resources. You can switch between annual data and monthly data to query the statistics of working hours spent by members on various projects every year and every month.
Click the [Work Update] button to enter the page as shown below, where you can view the task completion rate of the team project in which the member is the executor. The task completion rates of parent projects and sub-projects are recorded separately, making it easier for managers to understand the work status of members throughout the project.
Work evaluation is the evaluation made by the team project leader or administrator on the member's performance in the project. The page data shown in the figure below is taken from [Project - Members - Evaluate Members]. Member dynamics identify the statistics of the number of ongoing projects that each colleague in the team is involved in. When assigning a project, it is convenient for you to decide whether to assign the project to that member.
Click the [Assign Project] button to enter the page as shown in the figure below. Only team leaders and administrators can assign projects to members. Members cannot assign projects to members, and administrators cannot assign projects to administrators. The project list shown in the figure below contains all ongoing projects in the team. You can assign members to any team project. Check the [box] in front of the option and click [Confirm Assignment] to add the member to the project.
Click the [Batch Operation] icon to select all members of the entire department and assign multiple members to the project in batches.
Click the [Export Excel] icon in the upper right corner of the page to enter the page as shown below. You can choose to export the work dynamics and working hour statistics of all members, or export the data of a certain department member individually.
