When the team leader enters the team, a [Settings] icon will be visible at the top of the left column. Click the icon to enter the team settings page.

On the team settings page, the person in charge can change the team name and click the [Save] button to save the team name.

Administrator group

If you need multiple administrators to manage the team together, the person in charge can add multiple administrators on the team settings page. Click Modify and the page shown below will pop up. You can select members from the team organizational structure to be upgraded to team administrators. transfer team

If the team leader changes, on the settings page, the leader can use the [Transfer Team] function to transfer the team to other colleagues, who will then take over the team. Click the [Transfer Team] button, and the page shown below will pop up. Select the [Transfer to] notification. After the transfer, you can choose to quit the team or not.

Delete team

If the team is disbanded, the person in charge can delete the team. Click the [Delete Team] button on the settings page and confirm to delete the team.
