First, open AutoCAD2010, as shown below, this is my cad interface.

After clicking on the text style, in the pop-up window, as shown below, check the space under the size, and you can set the height.

When editing, modify directly.

Click the add text logo in the lower left corner, as shown below.

In the existing text editing box, after writing the text, select all the text, and you can enter the size you want in the Modify Text Size field above.
