Start Tencent Documents and click [Create] in the upper left corner to create it.

After clicking Create, you will see a drop-down list where you can create folders, documents, tables, etc. We click to create [online form]

After clicking, you will see a new page. The first one is the default [Blank Form]. If you want to create a blank form, you can click the plus sign.

After clicking, you can see that the form has been created.

You can change the name of the table at any time by clicking on the table name, and it is automatically saved. You will still have this table next time you open it.

The document also creates a lot of tables for us by default. When creating, you can directly choose a template you want to use.

After clicking, a rendering of the form will pop up. If you are sure to use it, click [Use Now]
