Preparation tools: CD with MHDD tools.

First, boot the CD and run MHDD. There will be an option. When you see the hard disk model you want to scan, press the first few keys to enter the MHDD interface. After entering scan (meaning scan) or pressing F4: The following figure appears

There are parameter settings here. start LBA represents the starting sector to be scanned, and end LBA represents the ending sector. If you know the range, save time, and only scan for bad sectors, you will not change it. Just press F4 to start scanning. As shown below:

Let's talk about repairing: When you have bad sectors after scanning, there will be numbers in the lower right corner when MHDD scans. The first one is the start of the sector, and the last one is the end of the bad sector. Repairing is the same as scanning. Press F4 to enter the parameter setting interface, but you need to enable the repair function: as shown below

The start LBA fills in the starting sector of your hard disk's bad sectors, and the end LBA fills in the ending sector of your hard disk's bad sectors.

Selecting ON for Remap means turning on the repair function.

Timeout is the time, one plate is the default,

LOOP/TEST REPAIR is set to ON to enable it. Here, repeated erasing can repair the solid loop.

ERASE means OFF to close,

After the setting is completed, press F4 to start repairing.
