First, open the DNAMAN software on your computer, click File, New, and create a new dialog box

In the new dialog box, enter the base sequence that needs to be translated (you can copy and paste it), and hold down Ctrl and A on the keyboard at the same time to select the entered sequence, as shown in the figure in black.

Click Seq as shown in the figure. If the dialog box as shown in the figure appears, click "Yes" when selecting Yes or No. If it does not appear, ignore this step.

Then click the icon as shown in the picture (put the mouse on the icon to display Translation), a new dialog box will appear, select as shown in the picture, and then click "OK"

The amino acid sequence pops up, the result of translation.
