Right-click on any track and insert the audio you want to change

Place the mouse on the audio, right-click - Clip Time Stretch Properties

Check Enable Time Stretch, and you will see that the Time Stretch Amount column changes from gray to black, which means you can change the amount of change. The initial value is 100%, which means there is no change, and it can be changed to 95% or Smaller, the smaller the value, the faster the rhythm becomes, and finally click OK.

Notice:

Don't make the value too small, otherwise the audio will change too much and become distorted.
